How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP4512509 / W10311986 Lower Dishwasher Rack Assembly

The new rack went in just like the installation video shows, it ttook about 5 minutes to do. No tools needed. 

I ordered a replacement rack. Once it arrived I transferred the spout that supplies water to the top rack from the old to the new, popped the new wheels on and viola the job was done. 

I thought no one would still carry the lower rack due to the age of the dishwasher. I called to make sure I was ordering the correct one. I was not. the young lady was very helpful. I received our new rack in 3 days!! on the invoice it has a video. I was sure about getting wheels on. they just snap on and the video was helpful. thank you 

Ordered a new basket after trying to spray paint it didn't work. It came but the rollers weren't attached. Used your video to attach them. Works great now. 

Ordered new rack. Replacement part weighed only 2/3 as much as old rack. Wonder if different material used in it. Would have likeed to have seen instructions sent with rack. Went on line and viewed the video several times. 

Ordered bottom rack. I used a diagram to pick a specific part. Excellent information and video on installing. Quick delivery. 

I searched online and found a few replacement baskets, but found the best price and shipping cost here. I had a concern for the replacement because the approx dimensions were off a little. After speaking to an online rep they told me this was the correct part. I received it very fast in the mail and found the short video to be very helpful. I am very happy with my purchase, highly recommend this company.

We purchased a replacement rack and it fit perfectly. 

We ordered the replacement rack from AppliancePartsPros. It was an exact replacement except for the color. It came with new wheels that roll much better than the old ones. I had to reuse the center water tower from the old rack, but it was an easy swap. There were no directions in the box, but I watched the online video and it explained things well. The job then only took five or ten minutes.
