How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP6010323 / WP67002659 Crisper Pan

I ordered a new Light Switch, Defrost Timer, and Crisper Pan and installed them. 

I ordered the crisper pan from AppliancePartsPros.com after checking several sites and finding this one the easiest to find what I needed. I ordered the part and then looked at the video on the site for replacing the white molding around the front of the crisper. When I got the part I looked at the video again to make sure I didn't do anything stupid and break the door. It took me about 5 minutes to replace the front piece on the new crisper with the one from the broken one. Sooooo Easy! Delivery was fast, instructions were quick and accurate. Thank you for your great service. I would definitely recommend this company again! 

Replaced bin. 

Ordered an exact replacement from AppliancePartsPros.com. Received it in two days, popped the face off the broken drawer then popped it onto the new one. Took longer to free the drawer from its secure shipping container than to swap out the drawers. No tools, no guesswork, no problems. 

Ordered new parts. 

Replaced the crisper drawers. The DIY video from the website was very helpful. 

Looked up the model number for my refrigerator and found the exact match to the manufacturer part. Appliance Parts Pros is my go-to place for parts from now on! 

Removed the front trim from the old bins and snapped them on the new. The new bins fit perfectly and easily replaced the discarded broken bins. The replacement bins arrived the day after I ordered them! 

I found the information and instructions on the AppliancePartsPros website very helpful. I was able to quickly determine the correct part number to order, and the video showing how to remove the fronts of the old drawers and install them on the new drawers, was very helpful. The drawers arrived within a couple of days of the order, much quicker than I expected. Overall, a very positive experience and this will definitely be the first company I turn to when I need parts in the future. 

Luckily there was a video on the broken pantry drawer support, that alone made the decision easy to go ahead and replace the part. The crisper pan was just a slide out and replace with fresh pan, but they did have a video on that as well to show you how to take off the decorative front off the old pan and add it to the new pan. You only need a quarter inch nut driver and flat head screw driver for this fix. Total time about 30 minutes.
