There were some shelf and bin parts that had broken causing difficult storage operation.

Broken produce drawer and drawer support on refrigerator

1) went to AppliancePartsPros.com online, looked up the refrigerator model, selected the parts from the easy to read diagram, and ordered them. 2) the parts arrived the next day. 3) installed the new parts in the refrigerator the very next day. Done!
