How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP7193301 / W11613828 Receiver- Hinge, Door

Could not find the part in the standard parts diagrams and neither could the on-line chat assistant. But she promised to have the parts team research it over night and get back to me the next day. They did, she did, I ordered the part and replaced it myself two days later. Saved me time and money! Great customer service. 

I had to pull the oven out to access the hinge-recv from the side , not all the way out just about 4 or 5 inches. I remove the screws and bent the side back so I could pull the broken part out and install the new. The part fit good and oven door is installed and working.
