How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP6012260 / WP8268816 Tine Row Clip

Slid the new clips on the tine, rotated them and snapped them on. Initially tried to do it without watching the video and I failed :-). I watch the video carefully (actually watched it twice). Once you see how it's done it take about 1 minutes per clip. 

We watched the video you provided on you tube and just snapped them into place. It was very tricky at first. We had to keep stopping the video because the repair persons hand was in the way and he was going so fast! But, we did it. Your service was excellent and the part was shipped and received the next day. 

Remove the broken clips replace with the new ones they just snap in place the put the tines thourgh the hole on the clip and they just snap in place 

Replaced them with new ones 

Replaced 3 "tine row clips" holdiing the tine row in place on upper rack of dishwasher. Difficult part was orienting the clips to install them properly, watched a video to get them installed correctly. You must apply a bit of pressure to lock them in place, it felt like they could break when installing them, but they bend just enough to get the job done. 

Removed broken clip parts and replaced them with new clips. 

All of these items went on quickly. The Soap Door latch was the most time consuming but it only took 15 minutes! 

Ordered replacement clips. ALL should come with instruction to soak new clips in hot water for 5 - 10 minutes before trying to assemble otherwise they may (WILL) break. Shipping was GREAT and prices the best! 

I ordered a new spray arm nut and some clips for the upper dish rack which came the following day. It was easy to replace and add the new clips. The video's are very convenient also 

Ordered both parts and they were delivered less than 24 hours later. Attached the spray arm with the new nut, removed the funnel part from the old tube and put it on the new one... we would have spent hundreds of dollars on a new dishwasher.
