How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP6892124 / W11367904 Tray-Cook

JUST GOT A NEW PLATE FROM YOU GUYS YOUR SERVICE WAS GREAT!!! 

Unplugged the microwave from power outlet. I located the cover underneath the microwave for the bulb unscrewed the plate with a star point screw driver, unscrewed the old bulb replaced it with the new bulb, and put the plate back in place with the screw. Plugged in the power cord. Turned on the light. 

I called because I wasn't sure which turntable ring I needed. The customer service woman was very friendly and helpful. I got exactly what I needed. Thank you.

I purchased the tray which fits perfectly. I ordered a charcoal filter, but can't find where it is supposed to go or I bought the wrong size. It took quite a while to ship the part here, but I'm in Alaska. 

I unpackaged the plate and placed it in the microwave. It was a perfect fit. 

Asked for a replacement. As usual, AppliancePartsPros.com has the part I needed. I wrote down the model # to get part # and two days later I was able, again to use the microwave. 

A new glass plate/tray arrived 1 day earlier than expected and replaced the broken one - works fine now. 

Ordered a new one. One day delivery service was absolutely perfect!!!!!!!!!! 

The fit was perfect!!! I just popped it in and that was it. Easy breezy!
