I ordered a replacement unit along with a dairy tray that had broken. I received my parts in 3 days. Other than the freezer being on the bottom and a little awkward to work in, the repair wasn't difficult. It took longer to remove and replace the things in the freezer than it took to replace the unit. Ice machine started making ice within half an hour.
