How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP6021927 / WPW10468559 Door Shelf

Ordered the replacement shelf and snapped it right in.

Replaced the part 

Ordered a new one from AppliancePartsPros.com, The first one sent to me got damaged in shipment and had a crack. I called and a replacement was on the way the next day. The part was a perfect match and installed in minutes. Slid the old broken one out, removed the drawer face and put it on the new tray and slid the new one in. Done.
