How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP5985815 / W10827914 Refrigerator Pantry Drawer Lid

Ordered a new part.. 

The parts described were exactly what I needed to fix the problem. Fast and easy installation. 

Purchased the replacement Pantry Lid. 

Watched youtube on how to replace the parts. 

Replaced with a new one. 

Replaced both side endcaps - cover snapped into place perfectly. 

Popped both pieces easily into place. Perfect—like new! 

I ordered a new switch with the confirmation/help from a customer service technician and I installed it the day I received the part (within two days)! I was excited when my refrigerator started running!!! Paying for the switch versus a technician driving 30 minutes to my home to diagnose it and going to get the part and coming back to my house would have been more than the fridge was worth. Thanks!!
