Replaced the parts 

Replaced all six wheels, No tools needed. The whole repair was under five minutes. 

After watching the video, I could see that I did not need to buy a new rack, simply spend a few dollars and install the new wheels in less than 30 seconds. How nice that I did not have to call an appliance repair company and the package arrived a few short days after I ordered it. It's nice to know that there is a source out there for the DIY person who knows their limits. Well done.
