Ordered a replacement clip 

Followed the instructions on line and it was fixed in about 5 minutes. 

Followed your video instructions. 

Easy. Got dishwasher number. Looked up part. Ordered. Watched video and installed. Only glitch needed a socket wrench to remove rollers not Phillips head like shown ..I am handy and got 'er done. 

Replaced part. 

I got the replacement part, watched the video and followed the instructions. It took about 15 minutes total and was easy. I appreciate the video so much. I couldn't have done the repair without it. There was a minor difference in my dishwasher than the video, but I was able to improvise. 

First I reviewed the repair video on youtube then with a flathead screw driver installed your product. Easy install! 

Remove retaining clips for upper rack and removed rack. removed old rollers put in new rollers by inserting sideways and turning to lock in place 

When looking up the part number on aAppliance Pros website I noticed you had a video on how to replace the roller assembly. It was awesome and a huge help! When my parts arrived it took no more than 10 minutes to change all the rollers out due to knowing in advance exactly how to do it.
