How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP6036019 / W10888592 Upper Dishrack Wheel Assembly

Simple fix with replacement parts purchased. Swap new for old and back in business. Parts came in bags marked as ‘Whirlpool Factory Certified Parts’, with manufacturing dates within the last 3 months, and most importantly ‘Made in US’. 

Was a simple process to swap out the old part for the new. Pieces just snap together. 

First, we called a repair service ... they assessed the problem and gave us a price well of over $300. The repair guy tells me it's a simple fix and then says the repair cost was not worth it due to the age of dishwasher. Fast forward we ordered the parts from you they arrived within 3 days and after viewing your installation video, a screwdriver was all i needed to make the repair. everything is working like new 

New part was ordered online, I received it 4 or 5 days later. It took 10 minutes to install. It probably would have taken 2 minutes for a normal person. Easy, inexpensive fix so now the dishwasher works properly! 

Removed the old wheel assembly and inserted the new. Very easy repair and did not even need any tools.

4 of these wheel assemblies fixed the problem. Installed in less than 10 minutes and cost me about $100; saved the $700 or so for replacing the dishwasher. 

Bought new ones and popped them on so easy. 

Ordered new rollers. They installed very easily. now the top shelf works great.
