We ordered one new wire. We followed instructions and it was pretty simple. It did take two people and a pair of pliers to get the wire pulled tight enough until straight lines were made, All in all, well worth the effort and 20 something dollars instead of paying $450 which we were quoted to fix the machine. It is working beautifully now.
