Robert G Raleigh , NC December 07, 2015 25 year old frig still working but one plastic shelf side support for veggie bins broke GE no longer makes the shelf support available but Appliancepartspros had somewhat similar part for icemaker bucket that I could adapt. Saved the frig! Customer support was great, friendly, knowledgeable, patient, providing information about the part I needed (no longer available) and the intended use of the part I purchased. Am satisfied with the outcome but 5 stars would have been if GE still provided the missing part to suppliers (they probably didn't expect their frig to last so long!!).
