Went to youtube to figure out the problem. Watched a video on how to repair and seemed like something we could do ourselves. Looked at the parts website but the RPS sensor showed not to be compatible with my machine. Did the online chat and the representative researched the part and made sure I got the right one. My son was able to fix the machine in less than an hour when the appliance shops wanted 2 weeks!!! Very satisfied
