I replaced the agitator coupler with a new kit from Appliance Parts Pros with a 7/16' socket following the simple video instructions on the web site. That is not the fantastic part of the story. The turnaround and delivery on this part was 28 hours which is pretty amazing for our area of Maine. This is ultra important when the washer belongs to your daughter who has 2 young active boys.
