Pop off softner dispenser, remove top cap/cover with screw driver. Remove center nut and spring with square drive tool and lift out holder with dogs. Remove plastic ring/keeper from bottom and replace dogs. Make sure to install same direction as old dogs. Reverse steps for installation.
