I replaced the agitator coupler and the agitator itself. The how-to video on AppliancePartsPros was really helpful - I would have fumbled around for an hour trying to figure out how to do this. Because of the great guidance, I knocked this out in five minutes. I might have been able to find the parts for a little less somewhere else, but I didn't even bother - the amount of time this site saved me in ensuring that I had the right part and in significantly speeding up the repair was worth far more to me.
