James B Lagrangeville , NY November 16, 2022 Agitator wasn’t spinning/moving during wash cycle. I had to replace the agitator. I previously purchased one about 6 months ago from another online vendor. I was shocked when comparing the build quality between the two, the competitor uses a plastic spline on the agitator while AppliancePartsPros.com had a metal spline. You learn as you go, I will always use parts from this vendor from now on, great build quality.
