I found a couple of good tips online that helped me diagnose the problem. I've ordered parts from AppliancePartsPros and I brought up their e-catalog where I found that the parts. I needed to do the repair on my GE washer were very reasonably priced, plus there was a great video that told me everything I needed to know about doing the actual repair.
The parts were shipped and recieved before the end of week. The repair was simple, especially after watching the APPros video, and we were doing laundry again in no time. The parts (Agitator & Coupling) were very good quality and fit perfectly! Thanks!
