Joseph T Vass , NC December 09, 2014 Agitator not working Put in model # on web site, found updated agitator kit. Removed my agitator using a claw hammer to pry and 2 tie down straps to lift up, found it was stripped out. Removed the gear that agitator mounts to using a 7/16 socket and extension. Ordered new agitator kit, standard shipping, it was delivered within 2 days. Super Fast! Installed new agitator. Works great. Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: 15-30 minutes
