Ordered the part and it was in, in two days. I watched all the videos beforehand that walked me through the process step by step. Even offering handy tips if things didn't work quite right. I was able to change out the coupling in less than 10 mins. The old coupling's teeth were dry rotted off, so the agitator was spinning freely. I cleaned up the drum after the install and now she's working just fine. I'm glad I resisted my husband's temptation to just purchase a new washer. Thank You!
