After trouble shooting problem and identifying issue, it was determined the defrost thermostat needed replaced. Called Appliancepartspro who were very helpful in helping me get the correct defrost thermostat. It was ordered and received in 2 days! Awesome service. Easy to replace and refrigerator working as good as new.
