After pulling the power cord and shutting the water off I took the back panel of the washer off. I cleaned up the belt debris with a vacuum cleaner. I removed the old belt and installed the new one. I then re-installed the back cover and hooked up the water lines. I then let the washing begin again. Very simple to do. Good experience getting the belt also.
