Pretty straight forward...
1) Move oven away from wall
2) Unplug oven
3) Remove 2 screws from back of the oven (heating element)
4) Disconnect the wires
5) Remove old element
5a) Examine old element & noticed there was a small crack in the back/bottom (that I could not see on initial examination)
6) Do the above steps in reverse order
