Watched the You tube repair (and then some). Ordered bellow from you, replaced bellow for my front load Whirlpool so I could get it right without too much of my own ideas, which I managed to inject and my wife said you missed a step, funny huh! The only thing I would recommend is that the video have an addendum added to it. Ask folks to use a vice grip instead of the channel lock pliers to pull the spring down when securing it to the gasket. The channel grips are only as good as one can grip. The vice makes up for the lack of consistent grip and greatly assists the securing of the strap. After several attempts with the channel lock, and I mean several, I looked up at my peg board and the vice grips were staring at me. They are in the smaller garden variety which was perfect for the job. I GRIPPED THE WIRE JUST AS THE FELLOW SAID AND VOILA, FIRST TRY, ON IT WENT AND IT WAS FINISHED! The channel locks and the constant slippage and gasket jumping off the track was making me mumble to myself words not to be heard by nice people. OVERALL, YOU GUYS ARE GREAT! HOPE, THIS HELPS OTHERS TO AVOID THE MUMBLING...grinnnnn.
