Installed snubber ring and 6 new springs, so far problem is cured. The parts arrived in 2 days and using the instruction video on the website the install was a breeze! I am mechanically inclined, but have not done that much with appliances. The video is spot on and if you follow it you can't go wrong. Good job guys!
