I first guessed by looking at the picture of the pan, because, don't tell my boss, but I was at work and I took my book on my fridge, but someone had not written in the serial number and model number of my fridge, probably my husband, so I got the wrong pan, but I talked to customer service and with all the correct info, they told me what pan I needed and it is now in my fridge and the wrong one is returned with the RMA they sent me. I have done other business here and it is great. I will try to only put my veggies in the tray from now on!
