We sent an email to AppliancePartsPros.com asking for their help in fixing our range. We gave them the model number (NE58F9500SS) of our Samsung Electric Range and told them about the faulty/dangerous two dual burners. We hated to get close to the range because the burners would turn on if you barely brushed by the range or if you would reach across it and accidentally touch the burner knobs all of a sudden you would feel heat or just see the light indicating the burner was on. We were surprised to read in some of the reviews they have on their site that states the exact problem we were having.
Appliance Parts Pro recommended the Regulator-Energy Part No. DG44-01006A. We received the two switches/Regulators which my husband changed out in less that 15 minutes. They work beautifully and we aren't afraid someone will get burned or burn down the house. We highly recommend Appliance Parts Pro if you need help fixing your appliances.
