I had a lot of trouble keeping it on the rim. I would start at the top as the video showed. But as I worked my way around the sides towards the bottom the top would slide off. I first cleaned it with mineral spirits. That helped but what really worked was using wood shims slid between the bellow and the drum. Once on I let it sit overnight. Then I put the clamp on the next day. A little unconventional but it worked for me.
