1. Called Bosch. 2. Hung up on me once. 3. Told me they could not help on second call. (Just for background, I sold appliances for many years and have sold thousands of Bosch dishwashers so was quite familiar with them, but this one stumped me.) 4. Went online to look at articles and videos about "watertap" code. 5. Found GREAT video showing how to diagnose this issue and what potential problems could be involved. 6. Went through diagnostics from video one by one and narrowed it down to water inlet valve. Video recommended AppliancePartsPros.com highly. 7. Called AppliancePartsPros.com . On hold for less than a minute with NICE hold music! 8. Ordered my part which arrived in two days. 9. Installed part from excellent instructions from video. 10 SUCCESS!!!
