I removed the decorative front panal, unscrewed the hinge screws from the door. Do not remove the hinge from the main unit. I pried down the hinge away from the door and removed the old seal. (It's under tension) Then had an assistant help slide the new seal assembly in place and slid the door back onto the hinges. Screwed everything back in place and done in about 2 hrs.
