I reviewed the AppliancePartsPros troubleshooting guide.
The guide was right -on for the cause of my flooding. It indicated the fill valve was leaking. (While Not Activated).
I watched the part replacement video. It was excellent.
Suggestion: Replace the dishwasher fill line at the same time of your your repair. With a Burst-Prevention valve type line. If your dishwasher is 10yrs or older you risk having a line burst due to continued exposure to hot water.
