Michael R San Diego , CA July 13, 2018 Appliance: Model KBR20EMSS00 A bottom drawer right side bracket got a broken hinge pin for the lid. A common problem for my model. If you let the door close while this drawer is open it will break the hinge pin. It’s a very easy install.
