Carolyn C Lewiston , ME May 15, 2015 Bottom oven element was damaged actually glowing in a small area I ordered the replacement element. It took only 3 days from order to my door step. I watched the the process of replacing the new one on You Tube. Relatively easy. I would add to the list of tools a flashlight and a small socket wrench.
