This is a built in double over. The upper oven had the problem but because the door is quite high it is nearly imposable to reach the upper rear of the oven with both hands. I built a platform out of plywood which sat above the door on which I could lay. On my side I was able to get both hands into the oven to work on replacing the element.
When I removed the bad element and pulled it out, the wires connecting it were very short so I tied a piece of nylon string to them so I wouldn't lose them through the back. Getting them plugged into the new unit was very difficult but I finally got them both connected, pushed the new element back in place and connected it to the over with the two screws.
Everything now works great.
