This was a perfect transaction. Five stars! I ordered the part on a Wednesday night, received it on Friday afternoon, watched the video, and two hours later, we were broiling. The only problem was corroded hex nuts in the back of our 31-year-old oven that I had to struggle to remove because I could barely reach them with my socket wrench -- but that's not the fault of AppliancePartsPros.
