We watched the video on the appliance parts website. The most important part is to turn off the electricity to the appliance and use big clips on the exposed wires when you pull through so that they do not recede back in the body of the stove. Once you pull the broken element out, the ends of it fit in to sleeves attached to the wire. Pull firmly while holding the sleeves to the wires and the element pops loose. Take the new element and push the ends of it into the sleeves and push the wires back into the stove. You may also want to note which color wire goes on the left of the element and which goes on the right before disconnecting the old element. Pretty easy job. The only other recommendation is to remove the bulb in the oven first so it's not blinding you while you work on the project.
