I found the part on a web search at AppliancePartsPros.com and ordered it on a Sunday and had it Tuesday afternoon. Incredible. I removed the old element (having already turned off the circuit breaker to the oven), making sure I secured the lines from slipping back though the opening at the back of the oven, connected up the new element and then screwed all the brackets in place. Incredibly easy.
Only issue being that when I turned it on to test it, smoke filled the oven and I freaked. Turned it off and checked as best I could behind the oven and no fire. While waiting to make sure no fire developed, I looked up on line the situation and learned that "product coating" caused this and it is to be expected with any new heating element when its used the first time as the coating burns off. Next day I fired her up and no problems, Awesome.
