Robert L Converse , TX January 07, 2026 Appliance: Model GSS25IYNBHFS Broken augur and cracked ice bucket Ice augur broke when ice became jammed in it. Also the bottom of the original bucket cracked. Potentially due to water getting in from an ice bag that was dumped in and refroze. Fixed it with a replacement bucket and augur and it slid right in.
