Marie R Brooklyn , NY December 29, 2014 Broken belt and idler pulley My dryer is about 30 years old and two years ago I had to replace the original belt because it broke. Recently my dryer stopped working mid-cycle due to the fact that the belt slipped off the pulley and a kink was created in the belt. I decided to order a new belt and pulley. My husband installed it with no problem and it's been great since. My dryer had been making a lot of squealing noises prior to fixing it and now it's so quiet I have to check to make sure it's still running! My thanks to ApplianceParts Pro for their great service and low prices. I will definitely order from this company again. 1 People found this story helpful Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: 15-30 minutes
