Unplugged the refer, removed the rear cardboard at the bottom, I only had to remove 4 screws from the cardboard on mine Once there all I had to do was reach inside to the fan motor and use my hands, one behind & one in front of the blade I pushed and pulled it until it came off, it will come off with out any tools. There is no screw threads to thread it on, just push it back on. That's it . After that just put the cardboard back on and you are done. PS. You can use a regular screw driver or a nut driver that will fit the screw heads to remove the cardboard. It is a easy job, take your time 15 to 30 min. Enjoy.
