I realized the door on the dryer wasn't staying latched and that it was taking longer for the clothes to dry. In the hole where the latch should have been, there was nothing. The latch had broken and fallen into the door. A quick Google brought name to AppliancePartsPros.com
I found the part I needed and a helpful video explaining how to replace the broken latch. Awesome! I got it fixed in under 15 minutes and it's back to drying clothes properly. Just be careful when you take off the door. Mine is spring loaded and when I took out the second screw, the hinge mechanism sprang shut. Startling! You might need a second set of hands when you re-attach the door to the spring-loaded hinge.
