The issue was mostly trying to figure out what the drawer's name and model number of the part actually was as I was clueless even after studying the diagrams. I called Appliance Part Pros feeling like the Village Idiot. But thanks to Sheila, the Customer Service representative I was lucky enough to reach, the problem was quickly solved. She walked me through the possibilities in an extremely professional and personable manner, assured me a return was possible if I were completely off base, and promised quick delivery.
