I was able to remove the panel covering the fan blade (4 Phillips screws). And replaced the fan using one ordered from Appliancepartspros.com. It was just a matter of loosening the fan motor (2 nuts) just enough to slide off the old fan blade and put a new one on. This silenced the loud noise immediately.
