I ordered a new one from Appliance Parts Pro.com. FedEx handed my wife a box full of broken glass.I called Appliance Parts Pro. Com, filed a complaint, gave my original order number and they promised a new one within 2 days. A new one was delivered the very next day. My wife unpacked it, washed it and put it in the microwave. Project completed. Only tools I needed were my laptop and a cell phone.
