James K Tracy , CA February 27, 2016 I had a broken glass plate in my microwave Ordered a replacement glass plate from Appliance Parts Pro. I received the part the next day and it was broken when delivered. I called APP and informed them and they shipped me another replacement one. I received it the next day again. It was the perfect original replacement glass plate.
