I was actually going to buy a new microwave to fix my problem, and then I remembered that I bought a dishwasher for latch from you before and was very satisfied. The part came overnight with regular shipping charges! The price was competitive, in fact was better after shipping charges....all in all I couldn't have done better even if I could have driven to the glass microwave plate replacement store!
