I went to their website, easily found the part I needed, checked their inventory, placed the order (their price was better than the first I tried), and received it earlier than projected. I'm very satisfied. The "other site" indicated available stock until I received the purchase confirmation at which time my indicated wait for restock was over three weeks. That order was cancelled and I contacted APP for satisfaction.
