I watched your repair video before I installed the new hangers and bin. It made it a very simple task. The parts were exact matches. Nice to have the drawer working again. Hats off to your customer service people since I was having a little trouble finding one of the hangers online. She was thorough and knowledgeable and I was able to get the part I needed.
I also appreciated that the parts arrived quicker than I anticipated.
